To prepare the salad we will need:
- turkey breast – 300 g;
- fresh champignons – 200 g;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- dry beans – 0.5 tbsp.;

- mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp. l.;
- dry granulated garlic;
- “Curry” seasoning;
- sunflower oil;

1. Prepare all the ingredients for the salad.
2. Beans for the salad must be prepared in advance. Soak dry beans overnight in cold water. Boil the swollen beans until tender in salted water with the addition of bay leaves and black peppercorns. Cool in the broth, then rinse with warm water and can be used to prepare a salad. The cooking time for beans depends on the variety; it is important that the beans are cooked but not mushy. Or you can go the simple route and buy a jar of ready-made canned beans at the store. For our turkey salad we need red beans.




3. Cut the turkey breast into small thin pieces and fry them in a grill pan. While frying, sprinkle the meat with curry seasoning and dry garlic. Cut the cooled breast into smaller pieces.




4. Peel and chop fresh champignons.




5. Fry the diced onions in vegetable oil until golden brown, add the mushrooms and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. Salt the mushrooms a little.






6. Cut the rye bread into small cubes and fry in a dry frying pan.




7. Place turkey meat, fried mushrooms with onions and boiled beans in a deep salad bowl. Mix everything.




8. Now we will make nut sauce for dressing the turkey salad with mushrooms. To do this, walnut kernels need to be ground in a mortar until a homogeneous paste is formed.   • chicken egg – 2 pcs.

  • garlic – 1-2 cloves

Preparation

1. First of all, take care of the onion, peel it, rinse and dry. Sweet onion varieties are great for salads. So, chop the onion into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
